WE have missed you!

 Our neighbor, Samantha, had all of us over to exchange gifts the other day! Guess who was there to surprise us? RACHEL!!!!! The neighborhood babysitter! Oh how we have missed her! She moved to Florida over the summer and came back for a quick Christmas visit! It was so nice to see her and to catch up with all of our neighborhood buddies! We don't see them as much as we like once it starts getting dark at 4pm and is freezing out! We usually only meet up to go sledding! Thanks for having us over Kristi!

Merry Christmas

God has truly blessed us this year and every year! These two blessings have added so much joy to our lives! We thank God for His gift to us...his son! To really think about it.....it is a beyond amazing gift! I thank God everyday for His gift of his Son and eternal life! We are blessed!

Our Christmas trip

 We spent a few days up in the White mountains for Christmas! Since we have no family around here and none came out to visit, we basically do whatever we want. No commitments. It is always nice to have family but we have such a good time no matter what we do. Attitash is where we spent the days before Christmas plus Christmas eve. So much fun but the first day of skiing was cold and WINDY! There were frost bite warnings everywhere. No beginner slopes were open really so we stayed on intermediate. We did go to the top of the mountain well the tippy top wasn't open due to the wind and let me tell you I am glad it wasn't. There was one point when the slope went STRAIGHT down and Conner and Kaitlyn were in front of me and Tim was in front of them and I saw the huge gust of wind and I thought for sure they would be going over the side of the mountain! Crazy windy! We all survived and had a great day together!

 K was a little tired after all that skiing!

 It is so beautiful up there!

 This hotel was AWESOME! It had a huge outdoor heated pool and two huge jacuzzis. The cool part was you got into the pool inside the hotel and then swim out through a secret door that took you outside! The kids thought it was great and are you kidding so did I! The sauna awaited you when you swam back in! It was perfect!! Looking forward to going back. Oh plus you can just ski out of the hotel to the lift! SWEET!

Santa

 The Christmas party we have at Tim's work every year is always so much fun for the kids! We enjoy it as well. The FBI photographer is always there to take the professional pictures! Fake smiles and all! I love hope Tim's work emblem is behind Santa! Something to remember!

Christmas fun

 We didn't do Christmas cards this year.... I'm kinda bummed about it! I love getting the cards from everyone! Next year I need to start early! Hopefully, I will be back on the night shift soon so I can get my life back in order! :0) I have to write this in black and white so I can look back and remind myself I feel like this! :0)

 Thank to everyone for the awesome gifts. Check out K's apron, mitten and pot holder! Don't they look awesome? Grandma MADE them for her. How cool is that? I wish i could make stuff like that! Below are the kids with their Christmas money from Great Uncle Jerry! They LOVE the green stuff! :0)

Guess what???

Tim bought me an iphone for Christmas! Yippeeee! Now i can take all these annoying pictures to post of the kids! I just whip out the phone and snap...even in the grocery store! Fun times lie ahead!

 Everyone was out to enjoy our first real snow storm. The snow is all gone as of this afternoon but we were able to enjoy it for the evening! Perfect sledding conditions. The kids were exhausted last night!

Fanuiel Hall/ Blink (Boston POPS)

 After the Christmas party, we spent the evening down town exploring. We watched the lights blink to the Boston Pops! Fun evening despite the flu I was suffering with.  I am still trying to recoup and Tim is now out of commission with fever!

Work party

 We spent time at Tim's office this past weekend. It is always fun to catch up with everyone and see how big all the kids are and the new additions! They do such a great job on the party. Graham cracker houses, pizza, desserts, and of course Santa!

 Our buddy, Sargent, is going to be a big brother soon! conner loves him!

 At least we don't have to worry about the kids crying for Santa any more!

A Fancy night out

 I was so excited to go see another musical! It has been awhile! The kids had no idea what we were doing! All they knew was what we were doing was in Boston! We went and saw The Grinch who Stole Christmas musical! It was great! I think K was tired from soccer that morning and she was a bit preoccupied with the bag of popcorn we bought! She practically ate the entire bag! Conner was on the edge of his seat taking it all in! Great time1

 Then we headed out to dinner! We tried a place Tim had been to when we was in Sweeden. It was a pasta place that you took a card around to different areas and charged the card and at the end of the night you take the card and then pay. Best part was you didn't have to pay a tip! Kaitlyn loved acting like a grown up and eating in a lounge place right off from our table! Definitely a fun place to eat !

Thanks to Tim we had a great Saturday!

So it is one of those store bought houses that you simply put together. Next year I might try making my own. I need to get better candy! The kids still LOVE making it!

 We were helping Chloe celebrate her 7th birthday a couple weekends ago! The kids couldn't get enough skating!

We are opting out of Christmas cards this year! I will probably regret it because I love Christmas cards and I will be missing this year when I eventually put together a book of all of our Chrismas cards! Oh Well!!

 Can you even find Tim in the above picture? Let me tell you when we got into the thick of the trees, we had a REALLY hard time spotting him!

 It won't be long until the kids are cutting it down and dragging it around and putting it in the tree stand (my least favorite part!). Fun day!

R's husband planned a big party for her! It was a surprise party! How fun! I just can't believe my friends are starting to turn 40! Glad I have another 10 yrs before my big day!

 Tim and I both had an awesome time at the party! These girls are fun and their hubbies are pretty cool too!
