Friends

We had to say goodbye to our friends today. We had a great weekend just hanging out and exploring together. The kids love visitors!!! Kaitlyn said both of their names the whole way home from the train station. We hope you guys come back and visit real soon!!

Beach Girl

Kaitlyn loves the beach! Too bad we weren't living right on it like we did in SD. We sure do miss it. This is a perfect age for kids on the beach. Kaitlyn had so much fun. I love these two pics so i thought i would send them out for all to see. She is our little angel!!

Alantic Ocean

We spent the day on the beach with J &M. It was a beautiful day. Another day of skipped naps but all survived with smiles. Kaitlyn actually loved getting dirty this day. She let her daddy hide her in the sand and was all smiles.

We had dinner on the ocean in Marblehead.

Kaitlyn is saying new words everyday. This weekend she learned JEN JEN and MIKE. She had a great time visiting and of course loved the attention.

Memorial Day

M & J came to visit us this weekend. So as you can imagine I took tons of pictures. I hate picking which ones I should add to this blog because we have soooo many good ones. Looks like i have taken 289 pictures this month alone. I love pictures! So these pictures were taken along the Freedom trail. The family photo is at The Paul Revere House and the one with Jenny and the kids was taken at the The Bunker Hill Monument. The kids did so great. This was a long day and Kaitlyn didn't get her usual 3 hr nap but she was a trooper. Conner got a couple cat naps in the front pack. It was about 80 degrees so I should mommy and daddy were real troopers. We had a great day and it was just so beautiful.

Our Birds

We found this nest under our deck. Three little eggs eventually gave life to these little birds. They are constantly waiting with their mouths wide open for their mommy to bring food. I told Tim their necks must be killing them. Finally as you can see below their mommy came through.

A week with daddy

Well, yes daddy was awesome! Some guys just couldn't do it but Tim is amazing. I was hospitalized for the last week and Tim was stay at home dad. He really is amazing! He can even do ponytails. He juggled two kids ( including a two month old), household chores and coming to see me in the hospital. Fantastic is all i can say. All of this without any complaints.

Einstein

Well Conner is only 2 months old and look at him. He has been holding his head up like this from like week 2. Its amazing. He is only 2 months old. Kind of funny ,the other night at work a co worker was talking about how big her 5 month old is. I asked how much the baby weighed and she said 13 lbs. I laughed and said at 2 months Conner is at least 13 1/2 lbs.

These are for you mom!

Mom, i wanted to take a couple pictures today so you could see the little ones. Kaitlyn's hair is a little wild here. She can't help but to constantly love on Conner. She is so gentle. If she accidently smooshes him then she kisses his head to make it better. Conner will be catching to Kaitlyn in size in no time.

Mom, I thought i would add this one in. I am sure he will be saying this to Kaitlyn for the rest of his life.

Happy Mom's Day

What a totally awesome experience....Motherhood!! I am constantly learning new things and I just appreciate all God has blessed us with! This is a journey of a life time that I would not trade for anything!

Just Chillin with Dad

Kaitlyn loves just being close to dad. She is definately daddy's little girl. They do yard work together, fix things around the house together, dance together and just love being together.

Daddy and Kaitlyn enjoy going out on the porch in the evenings and enjoy doing cheers with their bottles of "milk".

Laughs!

Conner continues to be all smiles...well minus when he is tired, poopy or hungry. See how his whole face lights up! It is fantastic!!

Curious Conner! He will not lay his head down on our shoulders. He is always holding it straight up looking all around.

Giggles

Ok!! Now you have seen enough smiles. I love them.....I can't help it I will probably be torturing you with more in a couple days! Conner is a very happy baby....for the most part. He will finish drinking his bottle and he just looks up at me and smiles so big. His whole face smiles....eyes light up....just a joy!

2 month shots

Yep you read right....Conner is two months old. Wow!! It is hard for me even to remember what it was like before Conner was born! He of course screamed during the shots and then slept the rest of the day. Kaitlyn did so good during the whole appt. She simply sat in the chair eating her goldfish watching all the action.

Slippin the fingers

In the last several weeks, Conner has taken to his fingers. I will look over at him to see what all the noise is about and its just him sucking on those fingers. It is very cute!

Potty time!

So we have introduced the potty chair. Yep, Kaitlyn is not even two yet! So you think it is too early??? Well, we really aren't trying yet. We are just letting her get use to it so she isn't scared of it. It is fun right now! Doesn't it look fun??
