This picture is so awesome!! The look on S's face is classic. Despite the look, she really did love the ride, giggling like crazy when the slide dumped her into the pool! I love this picture!


Thanks to our neighbors, C and C, we were able to enjoy the waterslide again today! Thanks for a great morning!

A day with Thora and Tristan

It is fun watching our friends grow up but that means we have to as well. Tristan is talking up a storm and I think Tim better watch out he might just be my new boyfriend! We hadn't played with these two in months so it was great catching up!

cooling off

After the zoo, we had some time to cool off with C and C! Sprinklers are always a hit!
Conner had been carrying around Bob and Larry all day! He calls all of his stuffed animals his "guys!" "Get my guys and lets rock and roll!" These are some of his famous lines! He is a real character!
Chloe and Kaitlyn play really well together. It is very cute!

Zoo time

This guy was very serious about his food!
We got a late start to this zoo which is about 1 1/4 hour from the house. There are closer ones but we wanted to go back to this one. IT was a very hot day....i think it jumped up to 93 degrees but the zoo seemed cooler with all its shade! It was a nice afternoon. Kaitlyn was exhausted before we left but she made it through the zoo and totally crashed hard on the car ride home!

Eating sand is never fun!

N and V were able to go with us to the beach! It is fun to have friends with us!

Another long bike ride

Kaitlyn is really getting good at this bike thing. Next time, I think Tim will be able to ride is bike instead of roller blading next to her. She didn't fall once and we had to go up some pretty steep hills. I was impressed. We went about 2.5 miles...i think that is pretty good! It was a fun evening

Just the two of them

K, C, Chloe and Cameron went with us to the local school to ride bike in the parking lot! I had the bright idea to go play at the playground. We were having such a great time until there was blood!! Tons of blood! Chloe fell and hit her nose and the blood didn't stop pouring! We thought it was broken. Later that day, her mom took her to the doc! We got to keep Cameron with us which was great for Kaitlyn. Conner was napping and she had Cameron all to herself. She tried being his teacher and organizing games with him. Cameron was so sweet and went along with everything K wanted to do! Of course K had a great time!

I love this place!

This place has a cool little beach ( a little rocky but the kids LOVE rocks), a huge area to do tide pooling, a giant park, and huge areas of green grass but most of all it has great views! This was a spontaneous trip!

Nailed the portrait

Kaitlyn hasn't been into drawing much.....just not her speed. She has recently draw some perfect pics of her family! Initials are below. She drew a couple extra head in hopes we have more kids some day! Co is conner. Mo is mommy, Kd is kaitlyn and my favorite is DA meaning daddy!!. Love it!

Going to the chapel.....

We were trying to make a card for a friend of mine's bridal shower. My models got sick of me but we had fun playing with mommy's veil and daddy's suit jacket!

All day play date

What a fun day!!! The kids love Dylan and we finally made it over to his house today! Of course no one wanted to leave! Thanks Heather for a fun day!! The kids are zombies on the couch right now!!! Yippee for play dates, water and sun!

My Fishes

Kaitlyn loves to jump!! Notice...no bubble/floatie any more. That is new this summer! WE are very proud of her!!
She is hilarious when she jumps. She can do it for about and hour straight. She tries all kinds of tricks. Back jumps,cannon balls,bouncing from the bottom jumps, twisty jumps and just tons of fun stuff.

Kaitlyn is an awesome swimmer under the water! She can go the width of the pool without stopping and just comming up for air a couple times!! I better start taking lessons or she will be out swimming me in no time!
Conner is picking up on the swimming thing as well! We will get out and dry off and they are ready to get back in within minutes!
