Big Day

This kid makes quite the impression on people! Everyone sees what a special little spirit his has! He did such a great job. He was so brave the entire morning! I am sure he was nervous but he didn't really show it! They fixed his toes on both feet and now it is time to heel. He thought the best part of the entire day was riding the wheelchair out of the hospital!

Trick or treating 2012

 One cool thing about our town is we have trick or treating the sat. before Halloween. This way it doesn't land on a school night and for all of us die hards we can hit another town on the actual night! Ya baby! :0) We only have from 5 -7pm to hit every house  possible! We did pretty good!  The neighbors stuck together for a fun night of ringing door bells. We have mini mouse, Velma, "vampire cowgirl", Iron man, and Scooby!

Conner was hunting bugs the other day. He caught this moth. He then proceeded to make a "burial" for it! Head stone and all.

Halloween party

 Our Halloween party was another hit! What fun! One of Tim's co workers has put it on for the last three years! The first year we were Captain Hook, Wendy, Tinker bell and Peter Pan. Last year, we were batman, batwoman, super girl and superman! This year....can you guess?

 We were Scooby doo, Velma, Dalphe, and Shaggy! We had lots of fun. Wish I could share our family photo. Tim and I looked a little ridiculous but when K's wig was on straight she was a perfect Velma!

Colors

 We made it home in time for my favorite trees in our neighborhood to change colors! This is up at our school. A week later all the leaves are off these beautiful trees! Isn't God amazing? Who would have even thought to create beauty in death?

BBQ

How cool is it that my in laws take such good care of us! Their yard is amazing and they let 20 kids run around like crazy through it! They threw us a big bbq again so we could see all of our old friends! It was fun! We missed several who couldn't make it that day but we had a great turn out with tons of kids and awesome weather! we are so thankful for them! Here are several of the boys I was able to get to hold still for a photo op!

A new friend

 Conner was braver than Kaitlyn. This is a 5 week old Racoon that lost his mom. In a few more months this little guy will be mean but for now he is nice and Conner had the chance to hold him!

 How many grandparents would do this with you? Well theirs does! How fun! This was by far tops of our trip! I loved it!

 See these harbor seals? They didn't care much when we went by them the first time. However, Tim wanted to see how close he could get to shore on the way back. There were about 50 of these guys napping and as we got closer they all jumped up and started at us! Boy i was a bit scared! probably about 3 of them jumped in the water at us and we were just thinking if those three made such a wave Thank God they all didn't head in after us. Yep was a bit scared for a few seconds! Tim always makes my life interesting!

 conner went with us and Kaitlyn was with G and G! They saw starfish and a stingray on top of all the other fun animals!

 this sea otter gave me a huge splash that got me a bit wet! Isn't he cute though!?!
